Holy Nativity School is committed to integrating technology into the curriculum by providing students with computers and technological tools. Computers and related technology empower students to access information, communicate and participate in a global community. In addition to technological awareness, students are taught about ethical issues connected to the use of computers and Internet safety.
The technology program complements classroom instruction and develops new ways of learning. State-of-the-art technology and online resources engage students in the learning process and help them develop useful skills. Keyboarding, word processing, spreadsheets with charts, multi-media presentations, Internet, email and web design are just a few of the educational tools taught. Students are given the opportunity to choose what they are interested in learning, and are taught strategies for self-teaching and learning.
